On This Day  22nd June 2007.

2 members of a band performing on stage, and indulging in some hi-jinks. On the left is a man with short, dark hair and a straggly beard, wearing a grey vest and a blue pair of jeans, crouching down on the floor, holding an electric guitar and facing off to the left. Behind him, on the right, is another man with short dark hair and beard, wearing a blue sweater with red logos on the chest and sides of the arms, and a faded blue pair of jeans. He is holding a red wood and white bass guitar, which is wrapped around the other man. A black and chrome drum kit is in the background on the right, with a brown brick wall filling the rest of the frame.
Equilibrium at Jackson’s Pit, Oldham, 22nd June 2007. The singer/guitarist’s girlfriend was a friend of a friend from work, so I offered my services for the night. They weren’t bad, just not as polished as most of the other bands I worked with, and were happy playing to 20 of their mates in a dank hole in the ground every few weeks rather than trying to get heard by as many people as possible. I’m not saying there is anything wrong with that, but I wasn’t getting too attached.
