2 members of a band on stage - at the front is a shaven-headed man wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans, holding a microphone in his right hand and singing into it, his eyes closed. The mic cord is wrapped around his wrist, and he is slightly bent over. Behind him is a man, also shaven-headed, wearing a white t-shirt and red trousers, playing a white bass guitar, and shouting into a microphone a couple of feet in front of him, with his eyes closed. He appears to be bouncing into the air. Black walls and a white ceiling fill the background.
This is where the adventure began – Tad Looney and Steve Carter from Four Star Mary at The Roadhouse, Manchester, 29th August 2000, during their first UK tour.

Several members of a band on stage - in the centre is a young man with short, dark hair that has been dyed blue, wearing a black t-shirt with red and blue text reading "Lost Prophets", and blue jeans. He is crouched down, and singing into a microphone held in his left hand. On the left of the frame is a young lad with short dark hair, wearing a purple t-shirt with a white collar and white text "Phillips" on the chest, and blue baggy jeans. He is sitting on the floor, his legs bent and crossed in front of him, holding a beer bottle and staring blankly at the floor. On the right of the frame is another young man, his head covered in a black, blue, and white banded woollen hat, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans, and playing an acoustic guitar. He is sitting on the floor with his les crossed beneath him. The stage is covered in an elaborately decorated red carpet. In the background, various pieces of on-stage equipment can be seen lining the black-painted walls - amplifiers, speakers, drums, crates, boxes, guitars.
Steve Lewin, lead singer of Blame It On The Fat Kid, and a couple of other members of the band, on stage at The Star And Garter at a Milk Records showcase night, 6th April 2001.

A man on stage, playing an electric guitar and singing into into a microphone in front of him, wearing an open-necked shirt. He is illuminated by various coloured lights - red, yellow, green, and his arms are blurred into smears as he moves during a long exposure. Cymbals and part of the drum kit can be seen behind him, illuminated in red, with the rest of the background being pure black.
Mike Sumner, lead singer and guitarist of Ji, a fantastic band from Liverpool, at a gig at The Masque, Liverpool, 28th August 2003. This was the Beach Party, with Atonal and Junk Culture on the bill – a cracking line-up if ever there was one. I think this was after my weird decision to buy a digital camcorder to use as a stills camera – yeah, I’m still puzzled by that one…
