The long exposure, his movement, and the stage lights combine to leave his face perfectly focused but leaves everything else either blown out (his bass and right arm) or smeared to the point of almost being un-recognisable (his bouncing hair, left shoulder, the background). An explosion of white light has left just a vague shape where his bass and right arm should be, while green lights highlight the rest of him, and red lights highlight parts of the black wall in the background.
